The journey began at age 18 with The Beerbottles. What started as a cover band fueled by youthful energy and a handful of original tracks laid the foundation for a life lived through a lens of melody. It was here that the stage first felt like home.
The sound matured and found its edge with 3 Times Nothing (widely known as 3X0). This era was defined by original compositions penned by guitarist Ray. The band became a staple of the live circuit, delivering high-energy performances that showcased a commitment to original storytelling and a tightening of the musical craft.
In recent years, the music took on a more personal and stripped-back form. Performing regularly as an acoustic duo with daughter Rishoon, the project found beauty in simplicity and vocal harmony. These intimate performances bridged the gap between professional experience and raw, heartfelt connection.
Now, under the name 73 Once More, the time has come to step out of the rehearsal room and into the world. By transitioning from live performance to official releases, this project honors decades of musical history while embracing a fresh, creative future.
The music is ready. 73 Once More is just getting started.
